For how long are we going to watch our future being messed up?

How long is society going to tolerate the downfall of humanity, can’t we stand for once and protect our girls?

Is it hard to let them mature without being abused, violated, or abandoned?

Tell me. I’m just a concerned community organizer and girls’ rights activist.

Don’t you have any humanity left in you at all?

These girls have lives, futures and rights too, you know.

Is killing prosperous dreams all good for you?

It’s so sad to watch our girls being found in the bushes, raped to death and left for wild animals to feast on her.

Her dreams, desires and wishes all shut down.

It’s sad enough that the main doers of these acts are close relatives, family friends and neighbours.

Worst of all even fathers, uncles and cousins stand doing this to their own flesh and blood

Dear parents, especially our beloved mothers, sisters and aunts, let’s be our sisters’ keepers

Teach our little girls, not to be trusting men of any nature.

Don’t be that woman who hides such disgusting acts under a carpet to save your marriage or family reputation.

Think about that broken girl child

Arise, speak up dear sister!

Especially in this COVID pandemic, let’s protect our girls.

Teaching girls some defence mechanism is another way of building girls’ self-confidence.

Let us all unite together in this pandemic and protect all our girls.
